Athletics

Sports Physicals and Tryout Dates


Prior to participating in tryouts, students must turn in the following forms at least one week in advance:

-Physical (within 12 months)

-Signed concussion form (one per school year)

-Proof of insurance form (one per school year)

 

Forms may be dropped off at Central Intermediate School. For soccer, cross country and wrestling, forms may also be dropped off at Shepherd Middle School.

The following schedules are tentative for the 2022-2023 school year. Game dates listed may change. Any changes will be noted on the schedule in red.

Admission Prices

Central Intermediate School charges admission to all home sporting events. Admission prices are listed below. Prices are subject to change based upon the type of event (ie. tournaments). 
 
Adults- $3.00
Senior Citizens - $2.00
Students (K-8) - $1.00 
 
Sports passes are available for purchase at a discounted rate. Please talk to your child's coach for more information. 

Directions to Central's Home Games

Central Intermediate School (5th-6th Grades)
711 E. McKinley Rd- Ottawa, IL
 
All 5th-6th grade home games are played at Central Intermediate School. Central School shares a campus with Shepherd Middle School. Central is a two story building located behind Shepherd Middle School. 
 
Soccer- All home soccer games are played at the field located West of Central Intermediate School.  
 
Wrestling- All home meets (5th-8th Grade) will be held at Central Intermediate School (711 E. McKinley Rd)
