Approved E-Learning Plan

Student Expectations:


  1. Teachers will offer a live Google Meet at 9:00AM (AM Class) and 1:00PM (PM Class). The Google Meet link will be sent out to parents. The Google Meet link will be left open until 9:30AM and 1:30PM. 

  2. Teachers will be available for office hours following their Google Meets from 9:30AM-10:30AM  and 1:30-2:30PM.


Preschool Students

  1. Any lessons or videos should be viewed or submitted by 8PM.

  2. Parents/students should check in by 1:00PM using TeacherEase.


Kindergarten-Second Grade Students

  1. Check in through TeacherEase by 8:20AM (Student or a parent)

  2. Students are required to either join the live Google Meets at 9:00AM or watch the posted video lessons at a later time.

  3. Students should begin working on assignments following the lesson (via Google Meets) 

SeeSaw (K-1) or Google Classroom (Grade 2) During trimester 1, students will be given a paper packet to use in case of an emergency school closure. Students must complete their paper packet and return it to school on the next in-person attendance day. During trimesters 2 & 3, students will need to access and complete their assignments through SeeSaw (K-1) or Google Classroom (Grade 2).


Third-Sixth Grade Students

  1. Check in through TeacherEase by 8:20AM (Student or a parent)

  2. Students are required to either join the live Google Meets at 9:00AM or watch the posted video lessons at a later time.

  3. Students should begin working on assignments following the lesson via Google Meets or Google Classroom

  4. Students must submit all assignments through Google Classroom prior to returning to school during the next in-person attendance day.

  5. Students are still subject to each school's homework/assignment policies for the work assigned on the emergency day.


Seventh-Eighth Grade Students

  1. Check in through TeacherEase by 8:50AM (Student or a parent)

  2. Students are required to join the live Google Meets each class period or view the posted lessons at a later time.

  3. Students should begin working on assignments following the lesson via Google Meets or Google Classroom.

  4. Students must submit all assignments through Google Classroom prior to returning to school during the next in-person attendance day.

  5. Students are still subject to each school's homework/assignment policies for the work assigned on the emergency day.
