Preschool- Ms. Jeremie

Hello and welcome to Mrs. Schulz’s class! Ms. Tami and Miss Myranda our the teachers assistants in the A.M. class and in our P.M. class.  I am excited to start my fifteenth year of teaching preschool here at Lincoln School. I am looking forward to getting to know my new students and their families.

I wanted to share with you a little about myself and why I became a preschool teacher.  I have always enjoyed working with preschool age children because they are so eager to learn and they are like little sponges who soak up so much information!  Most days I learn something new that your children have taught me! Preschool is such a prime age where little ones get a first hand look at what school is all about and I love making that part an enjoyable enhanced learning experience.  My Education consists of a Bachelors Degree in Speech and Language and a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education with a Special Education Endorsement. Continuing my education is an important aspect of being a teacher; therefore, I hope to participate in educational inservices to enhance my knowledge in current early childhood education.

Reminders:  It is pertinent that we have open communication.  Therefore, please feel free to write me a note in your child’s folder.  You can also contact me by calling Lincoln School at 434-1250 or send me a message on DOJO.  My email address is:  [email protected] Please fill me in on fun and exciting news by writing in your child’s folder or dojo app.  Also, please let me know if your child had a rough transition before preschool. This way I am prepared and can assist in the situation.  I will also write exciting new and/or any incidents that you need to be aware of in a DOJO message.

Important notes and art projects will be sent home in your child’s book bag.  PLEASE check your child’s book bag EVERYDAY as there will be important dates and reminders that you will need to participate in.  Thank you! Ms. Tami, Miss Myranda and I are looking forward to a fun filled year with you and your child! As the parent you know your child best and I feel that as we collaborate together we will enhance your child’s development, thus creating a successful learner!
