Exercise Calendar and Remote Learning Ideas

Welcome back students! Words can't express how happy I am to be able to teach PE in person this year. We are going to have a great time in Physical Education this year. Please make sure you wear tennis shoes to PE this year. If you wear sandals or crocs, etc to school, simply change into your pe shoes before coming to class.

K-2 for the first couple of weeks we will be working on locomotor movements. Running, jumping, skipping, galloping, hopping and shuffling are some that we will be covering. We will incorporate locomotor games that will go along with this, learning how to keep our own personal space.

3-6 In the first few weeks of school we will be working on cooperative games. We will be using different strategies we come up with as a team to figure out how we will solve the problem(game).
