Policy Manual

Policy Introduction

Every district needs accurate and up-to-date policies in order to govern effectively. Producing policies and regulations is a serious task. The Board and school administration reviews existing policies comprehensively to make sure they are legally compliant with any changing state or federal laws and makes local adjustments accordingly.

By clicking the links below, you will be able to research to Ottawa Elementary School District’s most recently adopted policies. The new policies, along with policies adopted previously, can also be found in hard copy at the district office. If you cannot find a policy online, it will be available at the district office (320 West Main Street, Ottawa, IL) or contact Alison Cresto at 815.313-3201.
