Mrs. Allen’s 3rd graders did a spectacular job performing their American Hero Presentations! Students chose a person from American history, read biographies, learned how to take research notes, wrote a first-person speech and performed for their classmates and families. They also worked in groups to create murals of American symbols. Students shined during their performances!!🇺🇸

Today was Mystery Reader Day in 4th grade! We had some FANTASTIC mystery readers and we appreciate every one of them (even if we didn't get pictures of them all)!

Just a note to say that the posted menu lists a lunch meal on Friday, May 16th. That is a half day of school, so no lunch will be served.
Breakfast will be served at all buildings, as usual.
Sorry for any confusion!

Today, we invited students and staff to wear yellow to represent the importance of spreading kindness. #BeTheYellow is a strategy to brighten someone’s day EVERY DAY.

This week is Children’s Book Week. Every student is bringing home a new book. Please feel free to read the book with your child/children or ask questions about it. Thanks for your help in promoting reading!🩷📚
