McKinley Families,
Students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow (Friday, March 27) and this will be the start of our spring break. Also, tomorrow McKinley's office will be closing at 1:00 p.m. OES will be on spring break from March 30 - April 6. School will resume on Tuesday, April 7 following our normal Tuesday dismissal time of 2:20 p.m. We wish all of our families an enjoyable and safe spring break!

We appreciate your flexibility and partnership as we continue to support student learning, even when we are not together in person. Please check in your child to TeacherEase by logging in and clicking the “Check In” icon. If you have any questions regarding class assignments please contact your child's teacher. We look forward to kicking of our Book Madness Tournament of Books next week. On Monday students are encouraged to celebrate by wearing their favorite sports gear!
Congratulations to Mia M. and Nolan S. on being recognized as McKinley's John Ourth Award winners. These two fourth grade students attended a student recognition breakfast this morning and were recognized for their outstanding character and leadership throughout their time here at McKinley. We are proud of you along with our fellow OES students!

KHC is underway, and our school is excited about feeling good while doing good! McKinley Elementary School is helping kids with special hearts through Kids Heart Challenge. We want as many families as possible to learn about heart health and the lifesaving skill of Hands-Only CPR.
You can help by completing Finn’s Mission. When your student completes all the steps, they’ll earn a Lifesavers Cape and earn a chance to win two tickets to Super Bowl LXI in 2027!
