We can't wait to welcome families tonight for our Open House. Please join us anytime between 5:30-7:00 tonight at McKinley to meet your student's teacher, see their classroom and all the wonderful updates we've made over the summer!

McKinley Families,
As a reminder, there is no school next Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day. Also, beginning next week we will start our normal dismissal schedule of 2:50 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 2:20 p.m. on Tuesdays. Next week on Thursday, September 5th we will be hosting our Open House from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Families are free to come and go any time throughout this time frame. This is a great opportunity for families to come and see their child's teacher and classroom along with the updated floors and new furniture. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend!

Thanks to the STUFF THE BUS school supply donation drive we have supplies available for families in need. Feel free to stop by the McKinley office to take any supplies you are in need of for your student. Office hours are 7:00-3:30.

McKinley Families,
With all of the late construction happening at each of the K-4 buildings, we are going to have to cancel Supply Drop Off Night this year at the K-4 buildings. We ask that students and parents break up their supplies and bring them in a little at a time. For example, bring the essentials (paper, notebooks, folders, pencils, pens, etc.) that first day of school and then bring some more in on Thursday and the rest on Friday. We are going to replace Supply Drop Off Night with more of an Open House format to be held on Thursday, September 5th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. Parents will be allowed to come into their child’s K-4 school to see their child’s classroom along with meeting their classroom teacher.
The start of the 2024-25 school year is quickly approaching! We look forward to seeing our McKinley Mustangs very soon!

The lost and found table is growing by the day! With less than two weeks of school remaining we plan to start clearing the tables. Please have your student collect any of their property before the last day of school.

Congratulations to our student winner (Ben S.) and staff winner (Mrs. Johnson)! We had a blast!!! Have a great spring break!

Daisy wishes everyone a fantastic Spring Break and is ready to put her paws up as well!
